 The SpaceOne design is inspired by space exploration and the era of design known as the “space-age” that became popular during the original space race of the 1960s. This first collection includes a range of limited edition models made with three different high-quality materials: stainless steel, titanium and forged carbon. The origins of the SpaceOne brand and its very first collection are a collaboration between Théo Auffret, an independent Parisian watchmaker, and Guillaume Laidet, a watch entrepreneur.
 The watch's jumping hour function was developed directly by Theo Auffret's workshop and is composed of nine parts. All components are manufactured in Switzerland by the best suppliers, and the watch is assembled in France in a dedicated workshop.
 The watch features a Swiss automatic movement , a sapphire cockpit and a stainless steel case back. It is fitted with a black/orange FKM rubber strap and is water resistant to 3 ATM. The case size of the watch is 42 x 51.67 mm, with a case thickness of 12.6 mm and a lug width of 22 mm. The minute disc is made of sapphire for maximum transparency. The movement is a P024 SOPROD Sans Date version, self-winding, with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and a power reserve of 38 hours.
 The Spaceone weighs 90 grams in stainless steel. The strap and buckle add 30 grams to the watch head.
