 The LORESUM LS02 is a perfect combination of aesthetics and mechanics:
 1) Golden ratio (symbol of perfect beauty)
 2) Original regulator (single internal module)   
3) Overlays (7 gears exposed)
 For this particular design, Chan his designer developed an entirely new regulator module placed above the movement. Regulator clocks, the predecessors of regulator watches, were known for their incredible accuracy due to their completely separate time registers. The lack of overlapping hands and the dominant minute dial allowed for easy and accurate reading. And due to their intricate construction, they were highly regarded for their reliability in the mid-18th century (Naas). However, as technology advanced, these clocks were replaced by watches that offered the same degree of accuracy. Some movements like the Miyota 8217 even offered a standardized, ready-to-use regulator option.
 Regulators are complicated and difficult to make. The LS02 watch contains an original regulator module based on the Miyota 9015 with modifications made according to the golden ratio. The hour dial is placed at the top, the second dial in the middle and the minute dial at the bottom in perfect vertical alignment. They are filled with Swiss Super-LumiNova ® BGW9 to ensure maximum visibility even in the dark. A rotating gear on the left serves as a day and night indicator and the dial on the opposite side indicates the date.
 Despite the challenges, the LS02 features 7 layers of exposed gears. These layers provide a depth that is both fascinating and dynamic. Each piece is platinum plated to provide the greatest possible protection against oxidation.
